We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your appliance, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an unopened, unused appliance in its original packaging. Custom orders and clearance items are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at sales@primusoutlet.com
- Obtain a return authorization number (RMA)
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging
- We will inspect the item upon receipt
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective appliance, we will cover return shipping and replace the item at no additional cost. Contact us immediately for assistance.
